Your service has gone from Hero to Zero, I am disappointed as I am a keen supporter of KFC. Reason for this comment is due to the fact that besides the snail slow service the last few weeks you keep getting my order incorrect. Instead of upsize chips, normal size chips - instead of 8min waiting period, 19min without a apology - instead of only white sauce on zinger burger, chilli sauce. The list is endless.

You need to jack up your service otherwise you going to loose more customers. I had it so whatever you do wont affect me any longer.

Everytime we go there the service disgusts us, food being cold as you wait very long for ur order or the, ice cream machine not working,or you don't have chilli salt or or or..........
It's becoming the norm.......
Is it normal to wait 25min for an order, which as per Claude(Manager on duty) should take 5 min, then get your order wrong and then to be told when. you want to pay by card that the card machine is not working?

Do a spot check and see whether they are representing KFC in all its all glory.I'm pretty sure if you
Run report on sales in this branch it would have declined dramaticly.
Thank God McDonalds is right next door!
