I called the hospitla to make enquiries on a patient Mrs Skosana at Room 2 in Ward 8 and had the most pleasant experience. A person, Grace Mathe, answered the call in a totally unexpected manner. While I was ready to expect bad service and ill-mannered nurses, Grace (whom I believe, is a retired nurse, helping out at the hospital) answered my call in an absolutely "grace-full" manner.
Well done Kopanang for employing such people as Grace and I am sure that she will continue to do you proud.

I took my fiancee to the emergency room tonight at Kopanong Hospital. I was told they could only help people with extreme emergency example: if they were almost dead, they could revive them. I have to go the following day to see the day staff. My fiancee has extreme pains in his chest and back. They can't take x-rays at night, and they are too busy though there were only 8 people waiting to see a doctor. They gave my fiancee Painblok for pain....oh and dont forget the Brufens....so it was only the second time I took him there in a week. and the end result is always the same. No examination just the tablets and a voltaren injection. While the doctors sit there chatting on their phones and laughing.....What a waste of all that studying!!!
