"Die Berghuisie" is exclusive and private in a safe, tranquil and sub-tropical environment. It is surrounded by an abundance of nature and natural beauty, birdlife and spectacular views of the Barberton Valley. "Die Berghuisie" is a fully equipped self-catering cottage and sleeps a maximum of 4 people, featuring two separate rooms, one double bed and 2 single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, fireplace in the lounge, an outside shower with spectacular view and a deck overlooking the largest natural basin on earth. "Die Berghuisie" also has a private braai area (firewood supplied) and heated spring water rock pool with views of the most spectacular Lowveld sunsets.

Activities include hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, bird watching, swimming, tanning, reading & relaxing. . . This is a place where the soul escapes the everyday hustle and bustle and unites with the soul of mother nature!

Kruger Park - Bateleur (Website)

This delightful camp is situated on the banks of the Mashokwe spruit approximately 40 km south west of Shingwedzi in the beautiful northern Mopane/Woodland savannah of the Kruger National Park. Named after the majestic eagle, Bateleur, being the oldest and the smallest of the bushveld camps, offers a unique atmosphere and superb game viewing. One of the many features Bateleur offers is a game-viewing hide that overlooks a waterhole just outside the camp. Two dams, Silwervis and Rooibosrand, are within close range of the camp and are restricted to the residents of Bateleur - good to know as there will never be a traffic jam even if the camp is full.
