Description
Master Maths Clanwilliam provides extra maths tutoring help for grade 4 to 12 learners. Classes are ‘lessons’ supported by trained tutors teaching mathematics.

Mathematics is a beautiful and important subject. If a learner has good marks it can open many doors. The discipline needed to master the subject is usually carried through to other areas of the learner’s life. On the other hand, a learner needs to know that he/she is not their math mark. Too many think of themselves as failures because of bad math marks. Usually it is at the foundation level where the learner’s understanding and/or the reinforcement was inadequate. That is why a programme like Master Maths is so successful – learners have a chance to start over with excellent teaching and at their own pace. Learners who obtain success in mathematics are usually successful in other subjects as well.

The centre has been running since 2004. At the centre we help a learner to find the weak points that hinder progress in maths and then we plan remedial strategies with the learner, using the programme and so far we have had very good results.
