We went to Bouzouki and sat on the terrace and decided to order something. I placed my order and the waiter informed me that it will take 45 minutes since they are very busy. I said it's fine. One hour later the waiter did not even make a turn at our table so my friend went and look for him. When asked when our order will be ready he said that our food is done and he'll bring it. Ten minutes later still nothing!!I saw the kitchen were closed. I ask the waiter what happened to our food and apparently the computer went off and my order did not went through.We were sitting there for more than an hour, hungry and waiting for our food only to find out the order has never been placed. The waiter (who I found out is actually the manager)came to apologise. The terrace was full and there were only one waiter and two managers who served the customers. How does that happen? On new years day? Where's the staff? If a person can't even take a meal order how can he manage a restaurant?

I contacted Graig and he apologized for the bad service we received and offered me a voucher to spend at the restaurant.
My friends and I went there on Saturday. I ordered a Seafood pizza and I must say.. It's probably the best I ever had!! The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Graig for apologizing and hope you the best for the rest of the year. I'll definitely come back!!

I visited the Bouzuki Restaurant a while ago and ordered a Southern Comfort with Lime (my usual drink). The waiter brought me a whiskey with lime. I clearly tasted the difference since I don't like whiskey.
I called someone who called the Bar manager and he brought me exactly the same drink and told me it is Southern Comfort and Southern Comfort is a whiskey. Hello!!!!! anybody home???? Southern Comfort is a rum liquor. Maybe you should do a course.
I told him that I know what Southern Comfort taste like and this is definitely not it. I did not want to cause a scene because of my company. The waitress did not serve us for the rest of the time we were there. We drank our drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for the bill. We did not even receive Menus.
